Under ground cable laying

  • Cable Laying in open Trunch with the help of wench machine and roller support
  • Drawing Into Pipes / Ducts
  • Cable Laying in Ducts.

Direct laying

Layer of sand spread at the bottom of trench and cable laid carefully on sand bed. again quality of layer of sand over the cable and over it a layer of brick along with the length of the cable. by this provision, the cable is protected mechanically and possibility of moisture is avoided by the use of sand layers.

Using Troughs

The trough is/are made of cement concrete or stone ware or cast iron. Placing the troughs along the route in the trench, the cable is laid down. the space in the troughs is filled with bituminous compound and covered and the trench is filled up with soil.

Drawing into Pipes or Ducts

Pipes may be of stoneware, fiber, steel, wrought iron. Ducts may be of Stoneware, Cement Concrete. Pipes or ducts are laid in the ground with manholes or suitable possession along the cabling line.

    • Our team of experienced cable jointers are highly trained and certified by local statutory authority to carry out jointing and termination on variety of cable types and sizes up to 33 KV. the trend with many switchgear manufacturers, particularly voltage exceeding 11 KV, is to employ the cone plug cable connection system.

  • High Voltage: 11 KV & 33 KV Polymeric and Conventional Paper Insulated
  • Low Voltage: Ill sizes (single to four crore cables)
    • Our team of experienced cable jointers are highly trained and certified by local statutory authority to carry out jointing and termination on variety of cable types and sizes up to 33kv. The trend with many switchgear manufacturers, particularly voltage exceeding 11kv, is to employ the cone plug cable connector system.
    We carry out 11kv to 400kv cable installation works as per focal statutory authority standards and specifications, from excavation to cable laying of all diameters, backfilling and reinstatement.
